NO B.S. & NO waisting your time. 06/30/2023 Went back to Kalidy Kia, told Richad Kaci that if they got a jeep gladiator in to let me know…. He did, after some negotiations we were able to come to an agreement on my trade in of a 2020 jeep wrangler. They worked extremely hard to get everything together so it would work out for both parties involved, myself and the dealership. I will always go thru Kalidy Kia for any purchase of a vehicle… ford, Chevy., jeep, Dodge… you might not think Kia is your place to buy from, but Kalidy Kia should be your first thought… Thanks once again to RICHAD KAIC. Update 09/28/2024 went back to Kalidy Kia for 3rd purchase.. son got a new 2024 forte GT with the help of our new sales men Caleb Rempe ( Kaci Rachad moved into financing ) Caleb was very helpful and made sure we got the deal we wanted.. this makes the fourth new car purchase for our family., we are very thankful to be apart of the Kalidy Kia family.
Moses was absolutely perfect! I told him what I wanted, down to the bells and whistles that were a must, and it took him about 10 minutes to find me THE car! I couldn’t have asked for a batter salesman than him. If you go to Kalidy Kia, ask for him! You will not be disappointed.
I am not an expert but I know enough for my time working at the auto mall to know most of the games and tricks. The store is clean, I had 2 kids with me who played basketball with the Corey and he was patient with them and kept them occupied while we did business with Richard Adams, who was a extremely helpful and professional. We got a base model but they treated us like we were buying most expensive model there. The entire staff dropped in and took time to help keep a 6 year old entertained and that is all you need to know. Incredible staff. When signing for it they asked to make a tiktok with Corey and he killed it. Car prices are all pretty similar across stores. The difference is the people and these people are incredible.

Just a bought a car from here last night & not even kidding it was the most amazing car buying experience I’ve had thus far. I was able to complete my sale seamlessly with my sales person Victor (highly recommend seriously) , Jordan the sales manager, Roger the financial guy (super awesome he was able to get me what I needed without having to pay an arm and a leg to get it) & last but not least Truman. Everyone was able to get me in and get my process started with ease and get me the best offer for my trade in and my new car. This is not a paid review y’all, this was my real experience and from The other times I’ve had to buy a car it was horrible and extremely long this probably only took me about 4 hours. In and out compared to others, I even got some Starbucks out of it lol. No offense to the other people here, but I highly recommend these 4 men and especially Victor as your sales person! Thank you again guys!

Went and purchased a 2023 Kia Rio S from them. We bought the car even though it wasn’t at the dealership yet. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get but Richard was super awesome with keeping us updated on its delivery to… More the dealership. We picked it up and he had it detailed, and had a full tank of gas in it. He was super helpful when we were originally looking around at vehicles, and didn’t pressure us into anything. Super easy going and friendly guy. We enjoyed our experience with Kalidy Kia!

The car buying experience is supposed to be comparable to a prostate exam. That wasn’t the case with Kalidy. The parking lot is hard to navigate but that would be my only complaint. Granted I drive a big truck, so that may have complicated it more than usual. You walk inside and you’re absolutely blown away by the caliber of cars on the show… More room. All of that aside, my 19 year old son was buying his first car. They made the whole experience give me faith in car salesman. Yeah I just said that. Stephen is the man! Everything was seem less and painless. The only issue we had was that our lender had some technological issues. The finance guys were great! All car buying should be like this. My son had a great first experience.

We purchased a used vehicle from Kalidy for my wife. She absolutely loves it. From looking at and test driving the vehicle all the way through finance everyone we encountered had been more than helpful. I appreciated the price and negotiation process without feeling pushed. The follow up services that had been negotiated were easy to schedule and were preformed when scheduled. This was the best buying experience have ever had buying a vehicle. I looked at a 2024 kia forte online and came in to test drive and went through the buying process with Stephen Martin and he was great. Super down to earth, informative, unforceful, and even helped me get my car payment to the range I wanted it in. He followed up and made sure everything was good after my purchase as well. Great Customer Service! I have referred others to Kalidy Kia and will continue to do so.
The 5 stars are for Kalin, Abdullah, Hannah, and the sales manager only! If it weren't for them I'd be giving a much lower review! It was my first time buying a car on my own and after standing outside for 20 minutes, my dad went inside and found Kalin, who despite not officially being a "salesman" was the most helpful and kindest! Kalin and Abdullah went above and beyond for me and were so helpful! The sales manager was also extremely kind and very helpful! Hannah was the finance person I was dealing with and she was kind as well! Outside of that, my experience with the finance department was an absolute nightmare! If you do go here, I definitely recommend seeking out these people! They definitely carried the experience I had here!

I had a great experience at Kalidy Kia. This was my first experience buying a car and Rachid helped me every step of the way. I called in advance for a 2008 Honda Civic that I was interested in and it was available at that time. Unfortunately, I came with my family later in the day and the car had been sold by that point. Despite my minimal budget, Rachid was willing to work with us and look for another car that I could afford. He found a 2004 Nissan Camry that had recently been brought in and was not yet listed. It was in good condition and the value of car likely exceeded my price range, but Rachid was willing to match the price that I was able to spend on the 2008 Honda Civic. He showed us the car, printed out the carfax report for us to look over and even replaced some steering components free of charge to assure that the car was safe for me to drive. This was my first experience buying a car, and Rachid walked me through all the paperwork, making sure that I understood what I was signing. He also answered all my questions clearly and when I was willing to put down a deposit when it appeared the car would pass the safety test, advised me to wait to ensure that it was safe. It was clear to me that he was taking his time and making sure that he was selling me a safe and reliable car within my budget. We filed the paperwork with Chris, who explained every document to me before I signed it to make sure I knew what I was signing. When we came back to drop off the draft from the bank, Rachid met with us again and assured that I got the draft where it needed to go. He also updated us on the progress of the car and let us know I would be able to take it home that day.I highly recommend working with Rachid! He went far beyond what was necessary. He was very kind and made a very stressful experience go smoothly. He took the time and energy out of his day that he could have spent selling to other people to ensure that my first time buying a car went smoothly and that I left driving a vehicle both affordable and safe. I’ve been driving it now for about a week and it is running great! I can’t thank Rachid enough!
