My husband and I came in to look at a used vehicle on the Kalidy lot today. I was skeptical because I had come in previously with a friend and had a bad experience, but it was a good deal so we were willing to give Kalidy another shot. I am so glad we did. Although the vehicle ended up not being right for us, the experience we had with the salesman Zaid and the manager Xavier was 5 star. They were both very kind and helpful, listened to what we were looking for, and actually did point us in the direction of a similar car to what we initially looked at but that fit our wants/needs a bit better. With employees like Zaid and Xavier, we will definitely be keeping Kalidy in mind for future vehicle purchases!

Everyone was very warm, friendly, & kind that I spoke with. Kobe created an atmosphere of ease. He answered all my questions in a way I understood & helped me compare vehicles against what I was wanting. He made sure I had the time and reassurance that this was the vehicle I wanted and needed. He took the time to show me anything I asked about on the vehicle & helped me find a solution to a feature I wanted that didn’t come with the vehicle. He helped explain my trade in and how it could be used for the company. (Bonus another employee purchased it while I was there & I got to meets it’s new owners which brought me joy.) Austin was the same. He helped break down all the financial details and helped me to stay in a rate & payment that worked for our family while getting the most benefits we could. This was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dealership. I walked away feeling confident & competent in my choices. This is the first time I’ve walked away feeling that I understood everything and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I walked away peaceful, happy, & excited about my purchase.

July 2026 My 4th car from them ! It gets brtter and better. When they say friends for life they honestly mean it! Ask for Kobe Webb! UPDATE: I purchased my 3rd vehicle from TK and Kalidy Kia on 11/30/24. As ALWAYS they did not disappoint! TK found me a car before I even was there and the process was fast as it can possibly go for buying a car! I looked for a WHILE for another car, I found one I liked and from the moment I called I knew I was in good hands. Casha made sure I had a great Salesman! And she did just that!! Taurin Knight worked with me literally ALL DAY!!! He made sure I was happy!! He is awesome!! Thank you so much !! If you need a car, please go see him. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to my sales representative, Jay, and Finance Manager Terry Hopkins at Kalidy Kia for the outstanding customer service they provided. Due to a misunderstanding, I believed I was purchasing a Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It wasn't until after all of the paperwork was signed, close to midnight, that I realized I had actually purchased a Kia Sportage SX. Once I discovered the mistake, I returned to the dealership the next day extremely upset and convinced I was stuck with a vehicle that, while beautiful, was not the one I intended to purchase. Terry Hopkins immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to reverse the deal and get me into the Kia Sportage SX Prestige I had originally wanted. I truly cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to make things right. I also want to recognize Jay. Throughout the entire buying process, he was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, honest. When I reminded him that I had clearly stated I wasn't interested in a regular SX and only wanted the SX Prestige, he didn't shy away from the conversation. It's rare to find people with that level of integrity, and I sincerely appreciate his honesty. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Kalidy Kia, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue coming back. The team didn't have to correct the situation, I had signed the paperwork without realizing the mistake, but they chose to put customer satisfaction first. Communicating through text message was outstanding—it made everything convenient, and I always received quick responses. Stewart Easton was our salesman and he did a great job. Holli in finance was quick and helpful. But the process from the final decision to finance was dreadfully slow. We were there from start to finish 7 hours! I hope this process improves for others. But the showroom was beautiful and the staff was accommodating. And this dealership had the best prices compared to others so I still recommend.

I started my experience with Kalidy Kia rather negatively. But to their credit they reached out to me and worked with me to help me get to vehicle I wanted. And in the end I am very satisfied with everyone I worked with there. I felt like my salesman Zaid did some things to make it feel special and just put in a little bit extra effort that I really did appreciate. I feel like I didn't have to deal with the usual headaches when buying a used car. There were no hidden fees and there was nothing that was pushed on me too aggressively. They just accepted my answers and as someone with an anxiety disorder I'm very thankful for that. So yeah in the end I would absolutely recommend you to check this place out if you're looking for a vehicle. Oh and I honestly did get an excellent deal for my vehicle. I got it for a couple thousand dollars less than I could find anywhere else.

I recently had to take my son’s Tesla up to Kalidy Kia where he had purchased it. They had to do a diagnostic and found that the wires to His headlight on the passenger side front was not working. Brandon,the service manager, Took it upon himself to take those that were waiting for their car home and offered to pick them back up when they were finished. He drove me to my home while they worked on. Repairing the car. He was a very courteous. They had completed my car quickly And appreciated everything they did to make sure we were happy. Absolutely the best car-buying experience of our lives- and I have purchased a LOT of cars. Javon D. was a truly fantastic salesman and person to work with. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely as patient as a human can possibly be as our journey to getting the ‘just right’ car was not a short one. We came in on a Friday unsure of the route we wanted, just knowing we were going to be getting into something new and liked the new Tellurides. He showed us several and went over the details of the trim lines and options meticulously. We took a break to go look at other vehicles all around the OKC area just to make sure of what we wanted. After the day was up and a few not-so-great sales experiences later, we knew we wanted to work with Javon at Kalidy. We contacted him Friday night and went back in Saturday morning and told him exactly what we wanted, he offered up a really great car from their lineup, but it was just lacking the color and some vital options we needed. So, he went absolutely above and beyond on a busy Saturday searching for the exact car (very difficult combination of options to find, very few even on the market) we wanted and finding a way to get it to us same day so we could secure the car of our dreams that weekend. When all was said and done, we left that night with a beautiful, fully loaded, White 2027 Kia Telluride SX Prestige AWD hybrid and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our finance specialist, Brooke, was also just as delightful and knowledgeable to work with and she got our paperwork wrapped up easily and swiftly! We enjoyed the entire process. I have spared so very many details here but we truly appreciated the patience and kindness that was conveyed throughout the process. We highly recommend stopping into Kalidy Kia if you’re in the market for a new ride- Ask for Javon and we have no doubts he will get you set right up!!

I was happy with my experience with Kalidy-Kia in Edmond, OK. There was no pressure with buying more services. The options where offered, but no pressure. When the visit was talking longer than expected, a shuttle was offered so my daughter and I could get something to eat.

I thought my sales associate TJ was amazing. Also, Terry did amazing job helping me to get the cost down to what I was able to pay. Both guys were friendly and very professional. In fact, all the associates I came across were very friendly and inviting. I would definitely go back to buy a car and would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a KIA to go to Kalidy. My mother purchased a car at Boomer KIA and she was ripped off and they took advantage of her. I would never go there again. If you want good service, Kalidy is the place to go. The facility is nice and clean. Their inventory is nice. I was able to drive off the lot with everything I wanted in my car. I got the right color and all the right features. They also have other models besides KIA. It’s a great place!

UPDATE: Just had my first oild change at Kalidy Kia. When i called, it was scheduled for when i wanted. They were fast, thorough, and tire rotation under $30?!?!?!?! That is crazy! They continue to earn 5 stars with me every interaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Those of you who follow my reviews know I am fair and consistent. If I have zero stars, I tell you exactly why. If I have 5 ☆, I definitely tell you why. 5 ☆'s all the way to Kalidy Kia. I am adding this sentence in, because it is very relevant: I just became a widow and was at my most vulnerable and thought id better be ultra cautious about buying a car. Habib was the absolute nicest salesman my family had ever come across. And we have had dozens of experiences. We kept looking at eachother and asking "Are you having as much fun as I am?" It was the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Habib worked out every single scenario until he got exactly what I wanted, and needed. I've read some negative reviews, and am so sorry you felt that way. I felt like I made a new friend. People say things like this about almost anything, except buying a car!! I truly know this man cared and cares about me and my needs and wants. I highly recommend you buy a Kia from here. After all, Kia is the new Toyota, but way less expense. Reached out about a 2026 Sportage SX Prestige and worked the entire deal over email and text. Viviana respected that, never pushed me to switch channels, and answered every question I had with specifics. She and the team itemized the financing options clearly, walked through rebates and APR honestly, and when I had a math question on the rate, they got their director involved and put the numbers on paper the way I asked. Stephen Allen had the car prepped and ready when I arrived. No surprises at the desk, no pressure, no games. Just straight communication from start to finish. I had a really great experience at Kalidy Kia. I originally went to Boomer Kia and found a vehicle I loved, but the price was more than I wanted to spend. Kalidy Kia was able to beat the price on a similar vehicle, so I went there to check it out. Once I arrived, I realized I actually hated the interior color and was ready to walk away and go back to Boomer Kia. Instead of pressuring me, Ebuka took the time to listen and worked with his manager to get the exact vehicle I originally wanted transferred over and sold to me at an even better price. Ebuka was honest, patient, and followed through on everything he promised. The whole process was straightforward, and when I got to finance there were no surprise add-ons or games. Just a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for Ebuka if you shop there.

I had a horrible experience with sales, upon my agreement it stated I had a warranty. When something went wrong sales stated I didn’t have any warranty. The only thing I had an issue with was chairs in the waiting area. Management please do something about those. Very uncomfortable.

My experience with the people I dealt with was very professional yet friendly and warm! They wanted us in the car we picked out and did everything in their power to get us in it! But they understood that we didn’t need to “car poor” so with a bunch of financial figuring and standing on our heads we got a car we love!!! My husband and I came in to look at a used vehicle on the Kalidy lot today. I was skeptical because I had come in previously with a friend and had a bad experience, but it was a good deal so we were willing to give Kalidy another shot. I am so glad we did. Although the vehicle ended up not being right for us, the experience we had with the salesman Zaid and the manager Xavier was 5 star. They were both very kind and helpful, listened to what we were looking for, and actually did point us in the direction of a similar car to what we initially looked at but that fit our wants/needs a bit better. With employees like Zaid and Xavier, we will definitely be keeping Kalidy in mind for future vehicle purchases!

Due to a misunderstanding, I believed I was purchasing a Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It wasn't until after all of the paperwork was signed, close to midnight, that I realized I had actually purchased a Kia Sportage SX. Once I discovered the mistake, I returned to the dealership the next day extremely upset and convinced I was stuck with a vehicle that, while beautiful, was not the one I intended to purchase. Terry Hopkins immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to reverse the deal and get me into the Kia Sportage SX Prestige I had originally wanted. Stewart Easton was our salesman and he did a great job. Holli in finance was quick and helpful. But the process from the final decision to finance was dreadfully slow. We were there from start to finish 7 hours! I hope this process improves for others. But the showroom was beautiful and the staff was accommodating. And this dealership had the best prices compared to others so I still recommend.

I started my experience with Kalidy Kia rather negatively. But to their credit they reached out to me and worked with me to help me get to vehicle I wanted. And in the end I am very satisfied with everyone I worked with there. I felt like my salesman Zaid did some things to make it feel special and just put in a little bit extra effort that I really did appreciate. I feel like I didn't have to deal with the usual headaches when buying a used car. There were no hidden fees and there was nothing that was pushed on me too aggressively. They just accepted my answers and as someone with an anxiety disorder I'm very thankful for that. So yeah in the end I would absolutely recommend you to check this place out if you're looking for a vehicle. Oh and I honestly did get an excellent deal for my vehicle. I got it for a couple thousand dollars less than I could find anywhere else.

I recently had to take my son’s Tesla up to Kalidy Kia where he had purchased it. They had to do a diagnostic and found that the wires to His headlight on the passenger side front was not working. Brandon,the service manager, Took it upon himself to take those that were waiting for their car home and offered to pick them back up when they were finished. He drove me to my home while they worked on. Repairing the car. He was a very courteous. They had completed my car quickly And appreciated everything they did to make sure we were happy. Absolutely the best car-buying experience of our lives- and I have purchased a LOT of cars. Javon D. was a truly fantastic salesman and person to work with. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely as patient as a human can possibly be as our journey to getting the ‘just right’ car was not a short one. We came in on a Friday unsure of the route we wanted, just knowing we were going to be getting into something new and liked the new Tellurides. He showed us several and went over the details of the trim lines and options meticulously. We took a break to go look at other vehicles all around the OKC area just to make sure of what we wanted. After the day was up and a few not-so-great sales experiences later, we knew we wanted to work with Javon at Kalidy. We contacted him Friday night and went back in Saturday morning and told him exactly what we wanted, he offered up a really great car from their lineup, but it was just lacking the color and some vital options we needed. So, he went absolutely above and beyond on a busy Saturday searching for the exact car (very difficult combination of options to find, very few even on the market) we wanted and finding a way to get it to us same day so we could secure the car of our dreams that weekend. When all was said and done, we left that night with a beautiful, fully loaded, White 2027 Kia Telluride SX Prestige AWD hybrid and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our finance specialist, Brooke, was also just as delightful and knowledgeable to work with and she got our paperwork wrapped up easily and swiftly! We enjoyed the entire process. I have spared so very many details here but we truly appreciated the patience and kindness that was conveyed throughout the process. If I have 5 ☆, I definitely tell you why. 5 ☆'s all the way to Kalidy Kia. I am adding this sentence in, because it is very relevant: I just became a widow and was at my most vulnerable and thought id better be ultra cautious about buying a car. Habib was the absolute nicest salesman my family had ever come across. And we have had dozens of experiences. We kept looking at eachother and asking "Are you having as much fun as I am?" It was the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Habib worked out every single scenario until he got exactly what I wanted, and needed. I've read some negative reviews, and am so sorry you felt that way. I felt like I made a new friend. People say things like this about almost anything, except buying a car!! Kalidy Kia was able to beat the price on a similar vehicle, so I went there to check it out. Once I arrived, I realized I actually hated the interior color and was ready to walk away and go back to Boomer Kia. Instead of pressuring me, Ebuka took the time to listen and worked with his manager to get the exact vehicle I originally wanted transferred over and sold to me at an even better price. Ebuka was honest, patient, and followed through on everything he promised. The whole process was straightforward, and when I got to finance there were no surprise add-ons or games. Just a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for Ebuka if you shop there.

I had a horrible experience with sales, upon my agreement it stated I had a warranty. When something went wrong sales stated I didn’t have any warranty. Even tho I was very agitated the service tech named Tyler helped me out with everything I needed and made my experience a lot better. Thank you Tyler for the help.

AJ went above and beyond to make sure I was delighted with my purchase decision and Brooke in the finance department was amazing in her explanation of things that are confusing. 10 stars to both. The only thing I had an issue with was chairs in the waiting area. Management please do something about those. Very uncomfortable.

Everything went very smooth. Javon, the salesman was extremely nice and negotiated the cost of the Telluride fairly. During the sale and financing of the vehicle, I never felt pressured to purchase any adders I didn’t want. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Javon.

My experience with the people I dealt with was very professional yet friendly and warm! They wanted us in the car we picked out and did everything in their power to get us in it! But they understood that we didn’t need to “car poor” so with a bunch of financial figuring and standing on our heads we got a car we love!!! They stayed late and honestly didn’t seem to mind and everyone shook our hands and congratulated us as we left. Very nice people!
