Be sure to read the fine print on their advertised price online. It’s about halfway down the page. Overall experience was good. Financing was easy. Sales guy was super nice. The only complaint I had was the switcharoo on the online price with the fine print. Their online posted price is for if you basically qualify for every rebate possible (Kia loyalty, military, KFA, sign over your first born child, and other fine print type stuff) and does not include a dealer documentation fee that is $700 added to the purchase price. Basically whatever you plan on buying just go ahead and add $1700 to that price and that’s your baseline for negotiating. They will also try to sell you a “friends for life package” as part of your sales price that is over $1000. This comes with oil changes for life, tint, and mats. The oil changes are limited to 2/year. So if you plan to drive any more than 16,000 miles per year, you’ll need to get all your other oil changes at a 3rd party shop or pay the dealership.

Got my car from this dealership, haven't had too many issues when I take my car in for service. Everyone there acts in a professional manner, from the sales reps to the service department. 10/10 I would recommend 2025 update I had to unfortunately replaced my car because I hit a deer, but this dealership is still an amazing place to go to for any car buying needs. They made the process super easy. They wasn’t very much hassle with getting the new car and I’m very happy with the new car.

This is not a review about a company or a corporation, This is a review about a group of people willing to bend over backwards to help their neighbor. I cannot put into words how easy Sabih and his team at Kalidy Kia made the car buying experience. Everything from start to finish was like talking with an old friend! Our salesman Habib, didn’t stop working until we were satisfied! I bought a 2025 kia telluride for my wife, and I bought a 2021 GMC sierra (Black widow edition ), me and Habib still talk about how awesome my truck is!!! Not to mention how easy the finance was with Lana Robinson! (She’s a damn rockstar!) honestly, if you’re thinking about buying a car from anywhere else, you’re wasting your time and money. I can’t give this place and these people enough praise! They’re amazing!!!! ANDDDDD Sabih is buying my house!!!! This guy never ceases to amaze me since the day I was introduced to him! This was the easiest and best car buying experience i have ever had! Kellen was absolutely amazing in helping me find my perfect vehicle! They got me into a 2023 kia sportage and its amazing! Lana in finance was brilliant! I've never had an experience while buying a car that didn't end up with a couple hours in the finance department. She had us in and out I's dotted and T's crossed in like half hour! Every single member of the Kalidy team is amazing at what they do and they now have a customer for life!

I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Kalidy Kia, but I still had a great experience with their team throughout the process. I ended up purchasing locally (Kalidy is 2 hours from my home). The sales staff and general manager were quick to communicate, transparent with the information I asked for, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness. I came in for the 2014 Convertible Mustang with little plans to actually get anything; obviously I changed my mind and left with a car. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and very upfront:) I heard great things about Joey from friends; now I can happily confirm they were more than 100% true, he even gave me recommendations on cleaners and maintenance products for the car! Brook was super informative and laid out all the numbers clearly, I never once felt confused. So I hate the car buying experience and was going to just go to carvana for a new car. But Joey from kalidy Kia was amazing. He knew I did not want to come to the dealership for endless bargaining and back and forth: I let him know my budget and interest in a type of car, and Joey picked a beautiful car out. I mean I could not be any happier the Kia k4 is fun and sharp. And when it was time for me to go to the dealership Brooke was outstanding, funny and an overall great women. Made the trip from Kansas after local test drive & google search of Kalidy. Correspondence by text & phone calls were not timely returned, but once the vehicle was held for us, service at the dealership, service was GREAT! We were treated on a 1 on 1 basis, explanations were made. Price negotiation & financing was smooth. "TK" was very personable, was patient with our questions and was great at explaining the bells & whistles of the SUV while including a test drive & demonstration so we understood better ( especially as Seniors). :) Very impressed with the service we received. I was impressed with my overall experience over two days with the delership and have honest feedback. I brought a spine, because, honestly, Joey's managers seemed quite spineless. Ill call him out, he wasn't anything any memorable other than his name tag "my favorite movie is training day" and I'm not willing to go walk the lot with you, while you are walking with a cane. So. Four stars. Spineless. Joey was lovely. Andre was lovely. I have some cool patches for you. I sincerely hope my purchase gets Joey one step closer to salesmans of the month, or receiving the accolades he needs to being promoted to "new sale car director" whatever that job gets where you can just stand in nice shoes and stand and look pretty all day. There were sure, alot of empty chairs, alot of big screen tvs nobody's watching, and even a basketball hoop being ununused. So. Bring a spine future customers. And mind you, I dont think I ever got to meet the billboard people lol

I knew his reputation in all business areas was stellar. My mom passed away several months ago and we decided to sell her car. Had an overall great experience. Arrived a couple hours early to my appointment to test drive/buy a C8 Corvette. Didn't have to wait long. Ebuka was very easy to work with and got a deal I was happy with. Both guys made the whole process pretty painless. After I got the car home, I noticed a blemish that I hadn’t caught before buying it. I reached out to them, and they took care of it without making a big deal out of it. I really appreciated that. It’s easy for a dealership to be helpful when they’re trying to make a sale, but it’s what they do afterward that really matters. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and especially appreciate how they handled the issue after the sale. Great experience for buying a new car. First had communication with Ebuka, who was very helpful getting the ball rolling. Aailiyah helped us with a promo. Very nice as well. Dre was our salesperson and I couldn't be happier with how he took care of us. Attentive, and helpful. Wasn't pushy. Absolute Rockstar. Very pleased with our experience! Had to bring four kiddos including a newborn to make sure everyone fit and everyone inside treated our children like family. Our sales guy was awesome, the sales manager was amazing, and the finance guy was awesome at answering any and all questions we had. Walked in expecting a terrible rate and we walked away with a single digit rate and a payment that works for our family. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I came in to look at a used vehicle on the Kalidy lot today. I was skeptical because I had come in previously with a friend and had a bad experience, but it was a good deal so we were willing to give Kalidy another shot. I am so glad we did. Although the vehicle ended up not being right for us, the experience we had with the salesman Zaid and the manager Xavier was 5 star. They were both very kind and helpful, listened to what we were looking for, and actually did point us in the direction of a similar car to what we initially looked at but that fit our wants/needs a bit better. With employees like Zaid and Xavier, we will definitely be keeping Kalidy in mind for future vehicle purchases!

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to my sales representative, Jay, and Finance Manager Terry Hopkins at Kalidy Kia for the outstanding customer service they provided. Due to a misunderstanding, I believed I was purchasing a Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It wasn't until after all of the paperwork was signed, close to midnight, that I realized I had actually purchased a Kia Sportage SX. Once I discovered the mistake, I returned to the dealership the next day extremely upset and convinced I was stuck with a vehicle that, while beautiful, was not the one I intended to purchase. Terry Hopkins immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to reverse the deal and get me into the Kia Sportage SX Prestige I had originally wanted. I truly cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to make things right. I also want to recognize Jay. Stewart Easton was our salesman and he did a great job. Holli in finance was quick and helpful. But the process from the final decision to finance was dreadfully slow. We were there from start to finish 7 hours! I hope this process improves for others. But the showroom was beautiful and the staff was accommodating. And this dealership had the best prices compared to others so I still recommend.

I started my experience with Kalidy Kia rather negatively. But to their credit they reached out to me and worked with me to help me get to vehicle I wanted. And in the end I am very satisfied with everyone I worked with there. I felt like my salesman Zaid did some things to make it feel special and just put in a little bit extra effort that I really did appreciate. I feel like I didn't have to deal with the usual headaches when buying a used car. There were no hidden fees and there was nothing that was pushed on me too aggressively. They just accepted my answers and as someone with an anxiety disorder I'm very thankful for that. So yeah in the end I would absolutely recommend you to check this place out if you're looking for a vehicle. Oh and I honestly did get an excellent deal for my vehicle. I got it for a couple thousand dollars less than I could find anywhere else.

I recently had to take my son’s Tesla up to Kalidy Kia where he had purchased it. They had to do a diagnostic and found that the wires to His headlight on the passenger side front was not working. Brandon,the service manager, Took it upon himself to take those that were waiting for their car home and offered to pick them back up when they were finished. Absolutely the best car-buying experience of our lives- and I have purchased a LOT of cars. Javon D. was a truly fantastic salesman and person to work with. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely as patient as a human can possibly be as our journey to getting the ‘just right’ car was not a short one. We came in on a Friday unsure of the route we wanted, just knowing we were going to be getting into something new and liked the new Tellurides. He showed us several and went over the details of the trim lines and options meticulously. We took a break to go look at other vehicles all around the OKC area just to make sure of what we wanted. After the day was up and a few not-so-great sales experiences later, we knew we wanted to work with Javon at Kalidy. We contacted him Friday night and went back in Saturday morning and told him exactly what we wanted, he offered up a really great car from their lineup, but it was just lacking the color and some vital options we needed. So, he went absolutely above and beyond on a busy Saturday searching for the exact car (very difficult combination of options to find, very few even on the market) we wanted and finding a way to get it to us same day so we could secure the car of our dreams that weekend. When all was said and done, we left that night with a beautiful, fully loaded, White 2027 Kia Telluride SX Prestige AWD hybrid and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our finance specialist, Brooke, was also just as delightful and knowledgeable to work with and she got our paperwork wrapped up easily and swiftly! We enjoyed the entire process. I have spared so very many details here but we truly appreciated the patience and kindness that was conveyed throughout the process. My mother purchased a car at Boomer KIA and she was ripped off and they took advantage of her. I would never go there again. If you want good service, Kalidy is the place to go. The facility is nice and clean. Their inventory is nice. I was able to drive off the lot with everything I wanted in my car. I got the right color and all the right features. They also have other models besides KIA. It’s a great place!

UPDATE: Just had my first oild change at Kalidy Kia. When i called, it was scheduled for when i wanted. They were fast, thorough, and tire rotation under $30?!?!?!?! That is crazy! They continue to earn 5 stars with me every interaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Those of you who follow my reviews know I am fair and consistent. If I have zero stars, I tell you exactly why. If I have 5 ☆, I definitely tell you why. 5 ☆'s all the way to Kalidy Kia. I am adding this sentence in, because it is very relevant: I just became a widow and was at my most vulnerable and thought id better be ultra cautious about buying a car. Habib was the absolute nicest salesman my family had ever come across. And we have had dozens of experiences. We kept looking at eachother and asking "Are you having as much fun as I am?" It was the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Habib worked out every single scenario until he got exactly what I wanted, and needed. I've read some negative reviews, and am so sorry you felt that way. I felt like I made a new friend. People say things like this about almost anything, except buying a car!! I truly know this man cared and cares about me and my needs and wants. I highly recommend you buy a Kia from here. After all, Kia is the new Toyota, but way less expense. Thank you Habib from all my family!!!
