UPDATE: Just had my first oild change at Kalidy Kia. When i called, it was scheduled for when i wanted. They were fast, thorough, and tire rotation under $30?!?!?!?! That is crazy! They continue to earn 5 stars with me every interaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Those of you who follow my reviews know I am fair and consistent. If I have zero stars, I tell you exactly why. If I have 5 ☆, I definitely tell you why. 5 ☆'s all the way to Kalidy Kia. I am adding this sentence in, because it is very relevant: I just became a widow and was at my most vulnerable and thought id better be ultra cautious about buying a car. Habib was the absolute nicest salesman my family had ever come across. And we have had dozens of experiences. We kept looking at eachother and asking "Are you having as much fun as I am?" It was the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Habib worked out every single scenario until he got exactly what I wanted, and needed. I've read some negative reviews, and am so sorry you felt that way. I felt like I made a new friend. People say things like this about almost anything, except buying a car!! I truly know this man cared and cares about me and my needs and wants. I highly recommend you buy a Kia from here. After all, Kia is the new Toyota, but way less expense. Thank you Habib from all my family!!!

Kalidy Service is Superior!!! My 2020 KIA Telluride was burning too much oil. Paige and Josh in Kalidy Service tirelessly worked with my extended warranty to ensure the engine was replaced. They both demonstrated amazing customer service and professionalism, and are a great credit to Kalidy and KIA!

Just picked up my brand new 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line and I couldn’t be happier. Huge shoutout to Wale and TJ for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, helpful, and worked with me to get a solid deal. The car rides amazing, looks great, and the sunroof and features make it feel way more luxurious than expected. My hubby and I have purchased vehicles since 2007 from a fella outta Norman. We just happened to have interest in the telluride, so we went to kalidy just looking. We were pleasantly surprised when Dozie worked so hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted. I gave him my overall numbers and he made it happen. I didn't have to have or need the car, we were just looking. I was very pleased with the experience.

Reached out about a 2026 Sportage SX Prestige and worked the entire deal over email and text. Viviana respected that, never pushed me to switch channels, and answered every question I had with specifics. She and the team itemized the financing options clearly, walked through rebates and APR honestly, and when I had a math question on the rate, they got their director involved and put the numbers on paper the way I asked. Stephen Allen had the car prepped and ready when I arrived. No surprises at the desk, no pressure, no games. Just straight communication from start to finish. If you’re shopping a Kia in OKC and you want a dealership that will treat you like a real buyer instead of a mark, this is the place. Highly recommend Viviana and Stephen.

I had a really great experience at Kalidy Kia. I originally went to Boomer Kia and found a vehicle I loved, but the price was more than I wanted to spend. Kalidy Kia was able to beat the price on a similar vehicle, so I went there to check it out. Once I arrived, I realized I actually hated the interior color and was ready to walk away and go back to Boomer Kia. Instead of pressuring me, Ebuka took the time to listen and worked with his manager to get the exact vehicle I originally wanted transferred over and sold to me at an even better price. Ebuka was honest, patient, and followed through on everything he promised. The whole process was straightforward, and when I got to finance there were no surprise add-ons or games. Just a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for Ebuka if you shop there.

I had a horrible experience with sales, upon my agreement it stated I had a warranty. When something went wrong sales stated I didn’t have any warranty. Even tho I was very agitated the service tech named Tyler helped me out with everything I needed and made my experience a lot better. Thank you Tyler for the help.

AJ went above and beyond to make sure I was delighted with my purchase decision and Brooke in the finance department was amazing in her explanation of things that are confusing. 10 stars to both. The only thing I had an issue with was chairs in the waiting area. Management please do something about those. Very uncomfortable.

Everything went very smooth. Javon, the salesman was extremely nice and negotiated the cost of the Telluride fairly. During the sale and financing of the vehicle, I never felt pressured to purchase any adders I didn’t want. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Javon.

My experience with the people I dealt with was very professional yet friendly and warm! They wanted us in the car we picked out and did everything in their power to get us in it! But they understood that we didn’t need to “car poor” so with a bunch of financial figuring and standing on our heads we got a car we love!!! They stayed late and honestly didn’t seem to mind and everyone shook our hands and congratulated us as we left. Very nice people!

I went with my daughter yesterday to help walk her through the car buying process because it was her very first car. Truthfully, I walked in super guarded because we all know how car dealerships are. I fully expected to be flocked by salesmen as we stepped out of the car, and was pre annoyed by it. This was not the case at all. We got out of the car, and no one approached. We were able to look around the lot without being bothered. After that we went into the building, and was helped by Habib. Again, with the mentality that I was going to have to argue with the salesman so that my daughter could get what she wanted, I was ready to lay it all down. None of that was needed. She listed all of her must haves, and the things she wanted but wasnt a priority. Habib did an amazing job helping her into a K5. It was an incredibly calm, yet fast paced transaction, and she was able to drive off the lot with a smile. Thank you Habib, and Kalidy for making her 1st time car purchase a seamless experience!

Let me start by saying I was told to stay away from this dealership, I’m glad I didn’t listen. The people I dealt with were so professional and accommodating. My salesman, Javon Douglas was the best I have dealt with in my extensive car buying experience. He had the patience of a saint while I went back and forth on the telluride, only to end up getting a Sorento, which I couldn’t be more pleased with! The deal was clean and I was not pressured or buy or trade my truck. When it came to finance it was so fast with a great deal. I have already told two people who love my new car to go down there and get one! They also have a vast selection of colors and different vehicles.

I purchased a KIA Carnival from Khalidy...ALWAYS great service from salesman and from service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc)! Went today because I had removed middle row seat and couldn't get it back in for the life of me. Service was busy, so they recommended perhaps a salesperson to help save me some time. EDGAR was quick to check it out and put it back in place properly! All this knowing he wasn't getting a sale from me today. You can bet I'll find him when I need a new vehicle! Kudos to EDGAR!

Fantastic experience working with Perry. Took about as long as expected making a car deal but they worked well with me and got me where I needed to be. Went with the K5 and very pleased with the ride quality so far only sacrificed a couple features from what I had on my trade but for the price can’t beat what I got. I just bought a car from here tonight. I’ve been buying cars - always new - on my own for 49 years. I have only had this nice an experience once before in my life! 38 years ago!!!! The young fellow, Jay Moore, who sold me the car tonight, and Javon, who did the test drive and the initial meeting, were SO great! I worked with Jay extensively and he’s the one who made this such a great experience. He didn’t do that fake “I’m your best friend” sales persona. He was normal and nice. And kind and honorable. I’ve encountered every smarmy trick in the book - sales people would think because I’m a woman and, now, because I’m an older woman, that they can be a certain (bad) way with me. They don’t know that I research extensively and I’m not stupid. I didn’t encounter that here. Everyone treated me kindly and with respect. The price I bought it for was *excellent*!!! Brooke, the finance magician, was amazing!! She got me an unbelievable rate!! The manager I dealt with wasn’t smarmy…yes, that word again but to copy Kalidy Kia’s own advertising slogan…IYKYK…lol. We all know smarmy car dealerships. These people weren’t that with me. I am SO very happy! Thank you, thank you, thank you Kalidy Kia!! PS…my license plate has the letters “JAY” in it so I’ll have a happy reminder every time I drive my car!!

We had a great car buying experience at Kalidy Kia. Kobe, our salesman was awesome. Very low pressure. No ego, like a lot of salesman I've dealt with in the past. He was friendly and chill throughout the entire process. Chris Gordon was amazing and really helped make our deal happen. He was extremely personable and felt like a friend by time we were done speaking with him. Hannah Smith was wonderful to work with in financing and very fun! This was the longest car buying process we've ever experienced, but Kobe, Chris, and Hannah kept our spirits high throughout the entire thing thanks to their kind and fair personalities.

We had the best experience with our sales associate, AJ! He was so great with our son, who was a little cranky at first, but AJ made him come out of his shell! This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Kalidy Kia. They are the best! Eddie and George figured out a way to work with our budget quickly. It didn't require hours of negotiations. We agreed on a price quickly and fairly. Really appreciate both of them and we will be back whenever we need another car! Also, want to compliment Hannah, who did the financing part. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and fought to get us the very best warranty within our budget. Kalidy Kia was a great experience. If you live in OKC and listen to the radio, you've probably heard about it once or twice. I went there trying to trade in my old Corolla for a newer Corolla and met Habib Boksmati. Mr. Boksmati is the epitome of what a car salesman should aspire to be. Honest, professional, and humble. Habib helped me find the car I wanted, was able to figure out the payment arrangement that would've worked best for me. Unfortunately as both Habib and I found out at the home stretch that the bank wouldn't take my car with the negative equity it had in it. With humility and kindness, Habib brought me the bittersweet news that while I had indeed been approved for the car and the loan, I would've had to towed the additional loan as well as my original. If you go to Kalidy Kia to get serious about a car. Habib needs to be your man. He's not gonna drag you around the block and make you fall in love with something you can't handle. He's gonna shoot straight and be humble about the opportunity to serve you and his community. While I didn't walk away with a new car, I did realize that Kalidy Kia does employee some decent, hardworking folks that have integrity.

Very friendly and professional staff, from TK in sales, to Hannah in finance. Every question was answered completely. No high pressure practices, and no back and forth for hours on end. The sales manager did not badger me to "make a deal today". The entire buying process was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Kalidy Kia. Other dealers could learn from this dealership, they are a cut above the norm.

I was only looking to upgrade out of my old car into something more appropriate for my needs. I had done some research and had an idea what I was looking for and with that in mind I went in clearly set on what was important. My evening went hassle free and after just shy of 2 and a half hours I had the car I needed in the price range I could afford. I only buy a new car every 10 years or so thus it will be a while before I’m in the market but when that time does come around I know where I am going.

Our experience at Kalidy Kia was different than any other car buying experience we've encountered (in very good ways). It was nice to be able to start by being able to walk around the lot and look at the vehicles without being stalked and harassed. After we signed in to speak to a sales person about the vehicle that fit out needs, Sam took great care of us. He made the experience comfortable by being down to earth and not using any annoying high pressure tactics. The negotiation game seemed less tenuous than I have experienced in the past. The credit application process was easy, and Rachid made the final financing step pleasant, easy, and straightforward.
