We had a great car buying experience at Kalidy Kia. Kobe, our salesman was awesome. Very low pressure. No ego, like a lot of salesman I've dealt with in the past. He was friendly and chill throughout the entire process. Chris Gordon was amazing and really helped make our deal happen. He was extremely personable and felt like a friend by time we were done speaking with him. Hannah Smith was wonderful to work with in financing and very fun! This was the longest car buying process we've ever experienced, but Kobe, Chris, and Hannah kept our spirits high throughout the entire thing thanks to their kind and fair personalities.

We had the best experience with our sales associate, AJ! He was so great with our son, who was a little cranky at first, but AJ made him come out of his shell! AJ listened to us very thoroughly and treated us with great respect! When it came to financing, Dylan worked with us and listened to our concerns with payments. I had wonderful service from the time I walked in until the time I left. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to so I felt very comfortable asking questions. Sam was great on the sales floor and Dylan did an excellent job crunching the numbers. Destin even drove me home while we were finishing up some last minute items to wrap up my purchase. Great experience with Aaron as my salesperson. I came in from out of state to view a Tesla that was, unfortunately, already sold. I ended up leaving the same day with a VW ID.4. I had one hiccup with my trade-in, but the finance director, Terry, helped to get it resolved quickly.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Kalidy Kia. They are the best! Eddie and George figured out a way to work with our budget quickly. It didn't require hours of negotiations. We agreed on a price quickly and fairly. Really appreciate both of them and we will be back whenever we need another car! Also, want to compliment Hannah, who did the financing part. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and fought to get us the very best warranty within our budget. Kalidy Kia was a great experience. If you live in OKC and listen to the radio, you've probably heard about it once or twice. I went there trying to trade in my old Corolla for a newer Corolla and met Habib Boksmati. Mr. Boksmati is the epitome of what a car salesman should aspire to be. Honest, professional, and humble. Habib helped me find the car I wanted, was able to figure out the payment arrangement that would've worked best for me. Unfortunately as both Habib and I found out at the home stretch that the bank wouldn't take my car with the negative equity it had in it. With humility and kindness, Habib brought me the bittersweet news that while I had indeed been approved for the car and the loan, I would've had to towed the additional loan as well as my original. If you go to Kalidy Kia to get serious about a car. Habib needs to be your man. He's not gonna drag you around the block and make you fall in love with something you can't handle. He's gonna shoot straight and be humble about the opportunity to serve you and his community. While I didn't walk away with a new car, I did realize that Kalidy Kia does employee some decent, hardworking folks that have integrity.

Very friendly and professional staff, from TK in sales, to Hannah in finance. Every question was answered completely. No high pressure practices, and no back and forth for hours on end. The sales manager did not badger me to "make a deal today". The entire buying process was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Kalidy Kia. Other dealers could learn from this dealership, they are a cut above the norm.

I was only looking to upgrade out of my old car into something more appropriate for my needs. I had done some research and had an idea what I was looking for and with that in mind I went in clearly set on what was important. My evening went hassle free and after just shy of 2 and a half hours I had the car I needed in the price range I could afford. I only buy a new car every 10 years or so thus it will be a while before I’m in the market but when that time does come around I know where I am going.

Our experience at Kalidy Kia was different than any other car buying experience we've encountered (in very good ways). It was nice to be able to start by being able to walk around the lot and look at the vehicles without being stalked and harassed. After we signed in to speak to a sales person about the vehicle that fit out needs, Sam took great care of us. He made the experience comfortable by being down to earth and not using any annoying high pressure tactics. The negotiation game seemed less tenuous than I have experienced in the past. The credit application process was easy, and Rachid made the final financing step pleasant, easy, and straightforward.

Had an overall great experience. Arrived a couple hours early to my appointment to test drive/buy a C8 Corvette. Didn't have to wait long. Ebuka was very easy to work with and got a deal I was happy with. Rendell, our finance manager, was excellent and even helped me with a user caused issue I had later on with my new Vette very quickly. Overall I'd recommend them.

Both guys made the whole process pretty painless. After I got the car home, I noticed a blemish that I hadn’t caught before buying it. I reached out to them, and they took care of it without making a big deal out of it. I really appreciated that. It’s easy for a dealership to be helpful when they’re trying to make a sale, but it’s what they do afterward that really matters. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and especially appreciate how they handled the issue after the sale. I’d definitely recommend giving Jay and the team at Kalidy Kia a shot if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Great experience for buying a new car. First had communication with Ebuka, who was very helpful getting the ball rolling. Aailiyah helped us with a promo. Very nice as well. Very pleased with our experience! Had to bring four kiddos including a newborn to make sure everyone fit and everyone inside treated our children like family. Our sales guy was awesome, the sales manager was amazing, and the finance guy was awesome at answering any and all questions we had. Walked in expecting a terrible rate and we walked away with a single digit rate and a payment that works for our family. 10/10 would recommend!

Wife and I were prepared when we arrived and had stock numbers for what we wanted to look at. Very easily navigate the website and browse, in and out in about 4 hrs. Which isn't bad at all, very clean facilities and friendly staff. Our sales rep was Perry Lewis and he was great. We bought a 24 kia carnival and love it. Thanks guys for a great buying experience.

My husband and I came in to look at a used vehicle on the Kalidy lot today. I was skeptical because I had come in previously with a friend and had a bad experience, but it was a good deal so we were willing to give Kalidy another shot. I am so glad we did. Although the vehicle ended up not being right for us, the experience we had with the salesman Zaid and the manager Xavier was 5 star. They were both very kind and helpful, listened to what we were looking for, and actually did point us in the direction of a similar car to what we initially looked at but that fit our wants/needs a bit better. With employees like Zaid and Xavier, we will definitely be keeping Kalidy in mind for future vehicle purchases!

Everyone was very warm, friendly, & kind that I spoke with. Kobe created an atmosphere of ease. He answered all my questions in a way I understood & helped me compare vehicles against what I was wanting. He made sure I had the time and reassurance that this was the vehicle I wanted and needed. He took the time to show me anything I asked about on the vehicle & helped me find a solution to a feature I wanted that didn’t come with the vehicle. He helped explain my trade in and how it could be used for the company. (Bonus another employee purchased it while I was there & I got to meets it’s new owners which brought me joy.) Austin was the same. He helped break down all the financial details and helped me to stay in a rate & payment that worked for our family while getting the most benefits we could. This was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dealership. I walked away feeling confident & competent in my choices. This is the first time I’ve walked away feeling that I understood everything and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I walked away peaceful, happy, & excited about my purchase.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to my sales representative, Jay, and Finance Manager Terry Hopkins at Kalidy Kia for the outstanding customer service they provided. Due to a misunderstanding, I believed I was purchasing a Kia Sportage SX Prestige. It wasn't until after all of the paperwork was signed, close to midnight, that I realized I had actually purchased a Kia Sportage SX. Once I discovered the mistake, I returned to the dealership the next day extremely upset and convinced I was stuck with a vehicle that, while beautiful, was not the one I intended to purchase. Terry Hopkins immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to reverse the deal and get me into the Kia Sportage SX Prestige I had originally wanted. I truly cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to make things right. I also want to recognize Jay. Throughout the entire buying process, he was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, honest. When I reminded him that I had clearly stated I wasn't interested in a regular SX and only wanted the SX Prestige, he didn't shy away from the conversation. It's rare to find people with that level of integrity, and I sincerely appreciate his honesty. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Kalidy Kia, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue coming back. The team didn't have to correct the situation, I had signed the paperwork without realizing the mistake, but they chose to put customer satisfaction first. Stewart Easton was our salesman and he did a great job. Holli in finance was quick and helpful. But the process from the final decision to finance was dreadfully slow. We were there from start to finish 7 hours! I hope this process improves for others. But the showroom was beautiful and the staff was accommodating. And this dealership had the best prices compared to others so I still recommend.

I started my experience with Kalidy Kia rather negatively. But to their credit they reached out to me and worked with me to help me get to vehicle I wanted. And in the end I am very satisfied with everyone I worked with there. I felt like my salesman Zaid did some things to make it feel special and just put in a little bit extra effort that I really did appreciate. I feel like I didn't have to deal with the usual headaches when buying a used car. There were no hidden fees and there was nothing that was pushed on me too aggressively. They just accepted my answers and as someone with an anxiety disorder I'm very thankful for that. So yeah in the end I would absolutely recommend you to check this place out if you're looking for a vehicle. Oh and I honestly did get an excellent deal for my vehicle. I got it for a couple thousand dollars less than I could find anywhere else.

I recently had to take my son’s Tesla up to Kalidy Kia where he had purchased it. They had to do a diagnostic and found that the wires to His headlight on the passenger side front was not working. Brandon,the service manager, Took it upon himself to take those that were waiting for their car home and offered to pick them back up when they were finished. He drove me to my home while they worked on. Repairing the car. He was a very courteous. They had completed my car quickly And appreciated everything they did to make sure we were happy. Absolutely the best car-buying experience of our lives- and I have purchased a LOT of cars. Javon D. was a truly fantastic salesman and person to work with. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely as patient as a human can possibly be as our journey to getting the ‘just right’ car was not a short one. We came in on a Friday unsure of the route we wanted, just knowing we were going to be getting into something new and liked the new Tellurides. He showed us several and went over the details of the trim lines and options meticulously. We took a break to go look at other vehicles all around the OKC area just to make sure of what we wanted. After the day was up and a few not-so-great sales experiences later, we knew we wanted to work with Javon at Kalidy. We contacted him Friday night and went back in Saturday morning and told him exactly what we wanted, he offered up a really great car from their lineup, but it was just lacking the color and some vital options we needed. So, he went absolutely above and beyond on a busy Saturday searching for the exact car (very difficult combination of options to find, very few even on the market) we wanted and finding a way to get it to us same day so we could secure the car of our dreams that weekend. When all was said and done, we left that night with a beautiful, fully loaded, White 2027 Kia Telluride SX Prestige AWD hybrid and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our finance specialist, Brooke, was also just as delightful and knowledgeable to work with and she got our paperwork wrapped up easily and swiftly! We enjoyed the entire process. I have spared so very many details here but we truly appreciated the patience and kindness that was conveyed throughout the process. We highly recommend stopping into Kalidy Kia if you’re in the market for a new ride- Ask for Javon and we have no doubts he will get you set right up!!

In fact, all the associates I came across were very friendly and inviting. I would definitely go back to buy a car and would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a KIA to go to Kalidy. My mother purchased a car at Boomer KIA and she was ripped off and they took advantage of her. I would never go there again. If you want good service, Kalidy is the place to go. The facility is nice and clean. Their inventory is nice. I was able to drive off the lot with everything I wanted in my car. I got the right color and all the right features. They also have other models besides KIA. It’s a great place!

UPDATE: Just had my first oild change at Kalidy Kia. When i called, it was scheduled for when i wanted. They were fast, thorough, and tire rotation under $30?!?!?!?! That is crazy! They continue to earn 5 stars with me every interaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Those of you who follow my reviews know I am fair and consistent. If I have zero stars, I tell you exactly why. If I have 5 ☆, I definitely tell you why. 5 ☆'s all the way to Kalidy Kia. I am adding this sentence in, because it is very relevant: I just became a widow and was at my most vulnerable and thought id better be ultra cautious about buying a car. Habib was the absolute nicest salesman my family had ever come across. And we have had dozens of experiences. We kept looking at eachother and asking "Are you having as much fun as I am?" It was the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Habib worked out every single scenario until he got exactly what I wanted, and needed. I've read some negative reviews, and am so sorry you felt that way. I felt like I made a new friend. People say things like this about almost anything, except buying a car!! I truly know this man cared and cares about me and my needs and wants. I highly recommend you buy a Kia from here. After all, Kia is the new Toyota, but way less expense.
